Events
and
Banquets
The Toro Room
is a warm and gracious dining room with original oil paintings. It is separated
from our main dining room by large wrought iron and glass partitions. This
private dining area can accommodate 25 - 40 people. The Toro Room can be arranged
with tables of 6 - 20 people. (Click on picture for an enlarged view)
Deposits
To guarantee your function date, we require a deposit of 50% of the estimated
food and beverage charges. This deposit will be applied to charges incurred
on the day of your event. We will gladly refund your deposit for cancellations
made at least two weeks prior to the event.
Prices
Prices are per person and include china, glassware, silverware, white linens
and printed menus for each place setting. A service charge of 18% of total
food and beverage charges will be included in the total.
Guarantee Number
We request that you provide us with a guaranteed minimum number of guests
no less than three working days prior to the event. The guarantee number will
be the number of guests for which you will be billed.
Dessert Fees
We encourage you to select desserts from our menus which are designed to complement
your food selections. If you choose to provide us with dessert to serve to
your guests, there is no additional fee and no reimbursement of your menu
price.
Reservations
All reservations
are on a first come, first served basis. We do not tentatively hold reservations.
A reservation is made once a signed contract is received with the deposit.
Please call us before sending/faxing your contract to ensure that the day
and space you requested for your event is till available. We will call you
to confirm the receipt of your signed contract and to further plan the details
for your event.
Menus
In order for us to provide you with the best service possible, we request
that you do not deviate from our menus. We are happy to accommodate special
dietary needs. Menu selections and special dietary requirements must be made
no later than one week prior to the function. Custom menus are printed for
each event. After the menu selections have been made, we will fax the menu
to you for your approval.
Beverages
Most selections from Bistecca's wine list are available for special events.
We will be happy to assist you
in making selections for the perfect wines to accompany your menu. A full
bar is also available.
Room and Table Arrangements
The size of your group will generally determine the table layout and room
that will be appropriate for your event. We suggest, when possible, that you
preview the area for your event. We reserve the right to relocate your group
to a more appropriate area should you expected attendance significantly change.
Payment
Final payment is due the day of the event and must be received in one lump
sum. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover,
company checks and cash. We regret we cannot bill directly.
